Process for CEOs to Participate:
Registration:
CEOs can register for the CEO’s Confidence Index during the awards registration process. Ensure to indicate interest in participating in this transformative index.
Access to the Online Questionnaire:
Upon registration, CEOs will receive exclusive access to the online questionnaire. This questionnaire is tailored to assess the CEO’s commitment, strategies, and actions in promoting gender equality within their organization.
Completing the Questionnaire:
CEOs are encouraged to provide thoughtful and comprehensive responses to the questionnaire. The questions cover a range of topics, including organizational policies, diversity initiatives, leadership strategies, and personal commitment to gender equality.
Submission Deadline:
CEOs must complete the questionnaire by the specified deadline. Late submissions may not be considered for the Gender Equality Champion Award.
Validation by Fantein Research and Consulting Ltd:
All submissions will undergo a thorough validation process by Fantein Research and Consulting Ltd, ensuring the credibility and integrity of the CEO’s Confidence Index.
Announcement of Gender Equality Champion:
The CEO with the highest confidence index, as assessed through the questionnaire, will be honored with the prestigious Gender Equality Champion Award during the awards ceremony.
